Lab401 is a European company. Depending on your shipping address and corporate status (individual or VAT-registered company), VAT may be added to your order.

- Customers outside of the EEA (European Economic Area)
- Business Customers outside France who are VAT Registered
VAT Customers
- Non-VAT registered customers inside the EEA (European Economic Area)
- Companies based in France
Lab401 can be easily configured to show prices including or excluding VAT.
Enabling / Disabling VAT Prices
Desktop users can click the "Price Preference" slider at the top right of the Lab401 shop.
Mobile users can easily toggle the VAT pricing by clicking on the menu in the top left, and then selecting the "Price Preference" toggle.
VAT Registered Companies
VAT Registered companies can enter their VAT information to remove VAT from their order. The VAT information is entered on the Cart Page.
Once the VAT information is approved, the shop will also display prices without VAT.
